Bit Face Shape Selection:

1. Drop Center Bit

Ideal for high penetration rates in soft to medium hard and fissured rock formations. Operates efficiently under low to medium air pressures, providing excellent hole deviation control.

2. Concave Face

The versatile bit face designed for medium hard and homogeneous rock formations. Offers superior hole deviation control and excellent flushing capacity.

3. Convex Face

Engineered for high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard rocks with low to medium air pressures. Highly resistant to steel wash, reducing load and wear on gauge buttons, though it has moderate hole deviation control.

4. Flat Face

Optimal for hard to very hard and abrasive rock formations, especially in high air pressure applications. Ensures robust penetration rates and resistance to steel wash.

Manufactured using first-class special alloy steel, offering high strength, heat resistance, and wearability.

Carbide:
Premium tungsten carbides from China are typically used.
European tungsten carbide is also available upon request.
