Crafted from premium alloy steel and subjected to advanced heat treatment, our DTH bits stand out in quality. The Teamwhole brand offers various bit faces, including concave, flat, drop center, and convex.

Bit Face Shape Selection:

1. Drop Center Bit

Designed for high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard and fissured rock formations, operating under low to medium air pressures. It offers maximum hole deviation control.

2. Concave Face

An all-around application bit face ideal for medium-hard and homogeneous rock formations. It provides good hole deviation control and excellent flushing capacity.

3. Convex Face

Optimized for high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard rock under low to medium air pressures. This face shape offers the greatest resistance to steel wash and may reduce load and wear on gauge buttons, although it provides poor hole deviation control.

4. Flat Face

This shape is perfect for hard to very hard and abrasive rock formations when using high air pressures. It ensures good penetration rates and high resistance to steel wash.
