Our DTH bits are crafted from premium alloy steel and undergo advanced heat treatment. The Teamwhole brand offers a variety of DTH bit faces including concave, flat, drop center, and convex, ensuring versatility for different drilling applications.

Bit Face Shape Selection:

1. Drop Center Bit

Ideal for high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard and fissured rock formations using low to medium air pressures. Provides excellent hole deviation control.

2. Concave Face

A versatile bit face suitable for medium-hard and homogeneous rock formations. Offers good hole deviation control and superior flushing capacity.

3. Convex Face

Designed for high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard rock formations with low to medium air pressures. This face shape offers strong resistance to steel wash, reducing load and wear on gauge buttons, but has poor hole deviation control.

4. Flat Face

Best suited for hard to very hard and abrasive rock formations, especially with high air pressures. Provides good penetration rates and resistance to steel wash.
