Bit Face Shape Selection:

1. Drop Center Bit

Designed for high penetration, particularly in soft to medium hard, fissured rock formations. Optimal for low to medium air pressures with excellent control over hole deviation.

2. Concave Face

Ideal for medium-hard, homogeneous rock formations, this versatile bit face ensures good hole deviation control and effective flushing capacity.

3. Convex Face

Engineered for high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard materials under low to medium air pressures. It offers exceptional resistance to steel wash and reduces wear on gauge buttons, though with moderate hole deviation control.
