Drill rods are essential tools in the realm of Reverse Circulation (RC) applications, meticulously crafted from high-quality steel pipes. Each rod features a pin at one end and a box on the opposite, ingeniously designed to transmit rotational torque and thrust from the drill rig's rotary head to the down-hole drilling tools with seamless precision.
In accordance with diverse applications, the diameter of drill tubes varies greatly. Smaller Down-the-Hole (DTH) hammers necessitate smaller DTH drill tubes and vice versa. We proudly offer an array of sizes: 76mm, 89mm, 102mm, 114mm, 127mm, 140mm, among others, to suit your specific drilling requirements.
We proficiently produce both Remet and Metzke threads, and can also accommodate other threading needs per customer requests, ensuring a tailored fit for all your drilling endeavors.
Our drill rod lengths are customizable, ranging from a compact 1000mm to an extensive 6000mm, all tailored to meet the unique demands and specifications of our valued customers.
Designed for longevity and efficiency, the inner tubes of our rods are replaceable. We readily supply spare inner tubes to ensure seamless replacement and uninterrupted operations.
