RC DRILL RODS
Drill rods are essential components in applications like RC, essentially comprising a solid steel pipe featuring a pin on one end and a box on the opposite. The primary function of the drill pipe is to efficiently transmit rotational torque and thrust from the drill rig's rotary head to the downhole drilling tools.
Depending on the specific application, various diameters of drill tubes are required; smaller DTH hammers necessitate smaller DTH drill tubes, and vice versa. We typically offer a broad range of sizes including 76mm, 89mm, 102mm, 114mm, 127mm, 140mm, and more.
We specialize in fabricating Remet and Metzke threads, with additional thread options available to meet customer-specific requests.
Lengths range from 1000mm to 6000mm, customizable according to customer specifications.
The inner tubes are designed to be replaceable, and we supply spare inner tubes for convenient replacement.
