Our DTH bits are crafted from high-quality alloy steel and benefit from advanced heat treatment processes. The Teamwhole brand offers a variety of DTH bit faces, such as concave, flat, drop center, and convex.

Bit Face Shape Selection:

1. Drop Center Bit

Ideal for high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard and fissured rock formations. Suitable for low to medium air pressures, offering maximum hole deviation control.

2. Concave Face

An all-around application bit face, specifically designed for medium-hard and homogeneous rock formations. It provides excellent hole deviation control and efficient flushing capacity.

3. Convex Face

Suitable for high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard rock formations with low to medium air pressures. This shape offers the highest resistance to steel wash and can reduce the load and wear on gauge buttons, albeit with poorer hole deviation control.

4. Flat Face

Perfect for hard to very hard and abrasive rock formations, especially in applications with high air pressures. This face shape provides good penetration rates and resistance to steel wash.

We use the finest tungsten carbides sourced from China.
