RC DRILL RODS
Drill rods are indispensable components in reverse circulation (RC) drilling applications. These rods consist of a robust steel pipe designed with a pin at one end and a box on the other. Their primary function is to efficiently transmit rotational torque and thrust from the drill rig's rotary head to the down-hole drilling tools, ensuring optimal performance and precision.
For diverse applications, the diameter of the drill tubes varies according to need. Generally, smaller down-the-hole (DTH) hammers require smaller DTH drill tubes, and vice versa. We offer a comprehensive range of diameters, including 76mm, 89mm, 102mm, 114mm, 127mm, and 140mm, to meet your drilling needs.
We provide both Remet and Metzke threads. Additionally, we can accommodate other thread specifications as per customer requests, ensuring that our products meet the precise requirements of your operations.
Our drill rods are customizable in length, ranging from 1000mm to 6000mm, according to customer specifications, providing flexibility and adaptability for various drilling projects.
The inner tubes of our RC drill rods are replaceable. We ensure seamless maintenance by supplying spare inner tubes for easy replacement, enhancing the longevity and functionality of your drilling equipment.
