Our DTH bits are crafted from premium-quality alloy steel and undergo advanced heat treatment. The Teamwhole brand features a variety of bit face designs such as concave, flat, drop center, and convex.

Bit Face Shape Selection:

1. Drop Center Bit

Ideal for high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard and fissured rock formations. Operates at low to medium air pressures and provides excellent hole deviation control.

2. Concave Face

Perfect for all-around applications, especially in medium-hard and homogeneous rock formations. Offers good hole deviation control and efficient flushing capacity.

3. Convex Face

Designed for high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard rocks at low to medium air pressures. Offers superior resistance to steel wash, reducing load and wear on the gauge buttons, though with reduced hole deviation control.

4. Flat Face

Optimized for very hard and abrasive rock formations, particularly under high air pressures. Provides excellent penetration rates and resistance to steel wash.
